The
nicest thing about the rain is that it always
stops. Eventually.

I
don't know about you, but as the recent
unrelenting rain poured down, I started losing
my spark. I
found
it hard to want to pick up my camera and felt
especially blue when the picnic was rained
out.
Our
sharing meeting pushed me to pick up my camera
so I didn't arrive empty handed. I have to say,
I
felt
much better after I got to work!
The
first 15 minutes felt terrible. Nothing
was how I wanted it, the lighting was glum- I
simply felt
uninspired.
But I pushed on and soon started noticing how
the cloud cover was helping the greens
POP and the
rain prompted the flowers to start blooming. I
started seeing the different opportunities the
rain brought to my lens, and
even better? I started appreciating the
change!
I
hope as we enter into rainy season, you all find
the opportunity to appreciate the changes the
rain
brings.
And should you start feeling down,
remember that the rain will stop.
